This premium paper, mouldmade in Italy from an exclusive Cartiera Magnani design, is especially indicated for all wet techniques, such as watercolor, gouache, acrylics, or ink. Because of its Cold Press surface, it also makes an excellent paper for drawing applications. Cartiera Magnani paper resists yellowing and allows maximum yield of colors applied. It's crafted from cotton fibers, and is acid-free, with no chlorine derivatives. At 280 gsm, Cartiera Magnani is slightly thinner than standard 140 lb (300 gsm) watercolor papers such as Arches or Fabriano Uno.
