The hair is cupped by the most experienced hands, formed with extreme scrutiny and glued into seamless nickel-plated brass ferrules. Triple crimping ensures that the head will never separate from the handle. The Master Sable's Italian hardwood handle has five coats of lacquer. Each brush head is individually molded to retain its original shape. This is brush-making at its finest.
