Naz-Dar's 59-000 inks are distinguished for their excellent outdoor durability. They air dry by oxidation to an extremely flexible and glossy finish in 4 to 6 hours. They can be heat-cured at 180°F (82°C) for approximately 30 minutes. Once dried or cured, they're weatherproof. 59-000 inks have excellent adhesion to a great variety of surfaces, such as metal, wood, masonite, glass, anodized aluminum, paper, cardboard, and some types of plastics. (Will not print over lacquer.) They're ideal for outdoor signs, novelties, synthetic decals, packaging, etc. Use with all types of screen fabrics and stencils. Naz-Dar's 59-000 inks are formulated for use straight from the container. They offer excellent opacity. One gallon covers 8001000 square feet (about 80100 square meters). For over-printing, use 59-135 Gloss Coating Varnish. Use 59-120 Transparent Base to increase coverage without affecting viscosity. It can also be used to obtain roller-coating consistency. Use Fast Wash-Up for cleaning screens. Note Scarlet Red and Ultra Blue are not recommended for outdoor use. Caution Highly flammable. Not for use by children. Follow instructions carefully for use and storage. Shipping restrictions apply to flammable products. Fast Screen Wash-up Use Dick Blick's Fast Screen Wash-up to clean screens when working with Naz-Dar 59-000 Enamels. |
