Ulano Stencil Remover No. 4 is an easy-to-use liquid for removing direct emulsion or CDF direct films from all types of screen fabrics. It offers fast action on all types of fabric. Stencil Remover No. 4 is ready to use out of the bottle, and requires no preparation or dilution. It contains no strong alkaline or hypochlorites, and will not etch fabrics. It does not attack fabric adhesives on stretch and glue frames. Odorless. Warning — Do not allow liquid to dry on the stencil, as the stencil may become permanent.
