Brent Power Wheels are designed to withstand demanding daily use in classroom and studio environments. They feature sturdy steel construction throughout, ensuring stability. The molded tops provide an easy-to-clean, drip-free surface. Both wheels carry a five-year manufacturer's warranty and include a splash pan. On Models B and C, a modular control box allows you to reverse the direction of the wheel. The switch is self-neutralized so the user cannot harm the motor by going from one direction to the other while the motor is in fast motion. Brent Model B — Model B is designed to fill the needs of schools and studio potters. Competitively priced, this wheel is quiet and solid under 25 lb. (11 kg) loads of clay. Model B has the same table and drive system as the Model C. A 1/3 HP motor provides the power necessary for school use. A splash pan is included. Shipping weight is 103 lbs. (47 kg). Truck shipment is required. 5 year warranty. Brent Model C — Model C is the standard that no one can match! It centers 50 lbs. (22 kg) of clay with a 1/2 HP motor, twice the capacity of the Model B. Its poly V belt drive maintains speeds from 0 to 240 rpm. Model C has a 14" (35.6 cm) cast aluminum wheel head that runs on a double row of permanently sealed ball bearings. This wheel will stand daily use by students for years and years. A splash pan is included. Shipping weight is 107 lbs. (49 kg). Truck shipment is required. 5 year warranty. Brent Booties — Raise your wheel height as needed, 2" or 4", with these easy-to-insert steel extensions. They work with Brent's EX, CXB, B, and C pottery wheels. FOB Factory. Optional Seat — This seat attaches directly to the Models B and C Power Wheels, and is adjustable both for height and distance from the wheel head. It's sturdy enough for extensive classroom use. The optional seat is 8" × 8" × 16" (20.3 cm × 20.3 cm × 40.6 cm), and has a shipping weight of 22 lbs. (10 kg). Plastic Splash Plan — This splash pan snaps under the top bearing housing. No bolts, screws, or pins are required. It measures 17 1/2" diameter × 4 1/2" high (44 cm × 11 cm). A Splash Pan is included with purchase of above wheels. Pressboard Bats — Manufactured to fit over the studs on the wheel head, they're 14" (35.6 cm) in diameter and 5/8" (16 mm) thick.
