These fine-point pens are the same as the Itoya Nikko Permanent Pens, but with a non-waterproof ink. They write on virtually any surface, including film, metal, plastic, glass, wood, and cellophane. Each pen contains a generous supply of a fast-drying, non-waterproof black ink that is dense and suitable for reproduction purposes. The tips are fitted into long metal sleeves to allow drawing close alongside templates and rulers.
