Formerly Model 401 with new and improved features! The 450 offers an improved squaring bar and an extruded aluminum guide rail, allowing the cutting head to "hook on" and glide smoothly, mounted on a 40" baseboard. Other new additions are the larger quick-release guide knobs and the scaled production stop. This model comes with two different cutters: the 702 Pivot and Pull Bevel Cutter, which has an anti-crawl device to prevent forward creep of the cutting head during blade insertions, and the 701 Straight Cutter, which has three depths including safety, standard thickness matboard and foamboard. Uses style #270 blades. |
