The Logan 3-Step is the only oval and circle mat cutter with the exclusive 3-point stepping mechanism for clean, consistent bevels every time. It cuts ovals from 3 1/4" × 4 3/4" to 20" × 23" and circles from 4 1/2" to 20" in diameter, plus hundreds of sizes in between. The black knob at the top of the center post is the new feature that controls all adjustments, increasing the speed at which the machine cuts mats. Includes a sturdy cutter base, an adjustable radial plate, practice matboard and fully illustrated instructions. Uses style 324 blades.
