With one dependable and sturdy machine, you can perform sizing cuts, bevel cuts, and V-Grooves with the utmost of precision and accuracy. An ergonomically designed cutting head, with a large finger pad for comfort and control, glides easily along the clamp bar using the patented three roller bearing system. Two delrin bushings fit the head to the shaft, preventing side sway and hooking. The system has bevel and straight cutting features. Easy-to-use squaring blocks adjust the mat guide parallel to the cut, while guide markings help you to avoid overcuts and undercuts. A removable blade magazine makes blade changes quick and easy. The magazine also has an adjustment screw for modifying blade depth according to matboard thickness. A pin locator system helps with repeat cutting of mat borders and liner mats of common widths from 1-1/2' (3.8 cm) to 5" (12.7 cm), in half inch increments. A mat gauge lets you cut liner mats automatically by extending mat widths to 1/8" (3 mm), 3/16" (5 mm), 1/4" (6 mm) and 5/16" (8 mm). Anodized aluminum warp-free base.
