Make beveled openings for oval and circle mats, changing quickly from one to the other with the turn of a knob. Cuts ovals from 4 1/2" (11.3 cm) to 24" (60 cm) high with off-set up to 3" (7.6 cm), and circles from 4 1/2" (11.3 cm) to 21" (52.5 cm) in diameter. An exclusive tracking guide wheel automatically keeps the cutting blade on track throughout the entire cut to eliminate start and stop marks. Includes complete instructions and five blades. For replacement, use Dexter #3 blades.
