This versatile ready-made frame harmonizes with many styles of artwork. It features a warm distressed wood finish which brings out detail in the wood grain, including slight blemishes. Sequoia frames are available with or without a natural oatmeal linen liner. The moulding measures 2-3/8" wide with the liner, and 1-5/8" without. Sequoia is suitable for matted or mounted works on paper, and it can handle relatively thick panels and boards, but the profile is too low for stretched canvas. The frame without liner is well suited to etchings or prints mounted behind Plexiglas®. Sequoia is ideal for a contemporary home. All three finishes go well on white or off-white walls, and with the warm glow of contemporary lighting systems.
